Subject to stock availability we will always try to deal with your order the day we receive it. You should receive all items within four working days for Mainland UK orders. For all other destinations please allow a little longer for your delivery!
Deliveries to Leicestershire Addresses (Postcodes LE) will be CARRIAGE FREE, although you can select NEXT DAY DELIVERY at a cost of £6.50 if you need it
All other Mainland UK deliveries for orders for orders over the value of £80 will be CARRIAGE FREE. Deliveries to mainland UK addresses for orders below £80 will be charged at £3.95. Please note deliveries to Highlands & Islands, Ireland, the Channel Isles, Europe and all other International orders have separate charges (please see chart below). However, where an incorrect order has been placed please note that we will need to charge a redelivery fee of £5.00
Next Day Delivery is available to the Rest of UK at a charge of £6.50. However, we can only ensure next day deliveries on orders placed before 1.00pm.
Saturday deliveries are available on request at an additional charge, please call for details if you require this service.

We have tried to make making your purchase as easy as possible. Select your product, put it in your basket and when you've finished go through the checkout where your shopping list will be on view with the exact amount you have to pay. Before finalising the transaction, we will ask you to fill out a registration form along with some personal financial information which is required for us to process the sale. We also take payment over the phone on our order Hotline 0116 2548301, you can place your order by phone or fax.

We will charge your account when we are satisfied we can fulfill your order, just prior to despatch.

VAT is inclusive on all illustrated prices at the current rate. Where applicable, please note some items do not require a VAT charge.
Refund/Exchange...
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase return it to us either in person or by post within 28 days of the original purchase date unworn, unused, in it's original packaging and with a receipt. We will exchange, credit or refund you for the value of goods only.
Any product you cannot see on this site does not mean that we have not got it. We do not illustrate every product that we sell. Please pick up the phone, email us or even pop in to the store. If we do not have your request in store we will endeavour to order it for you as soon as possible...
